If you love Chanel number 5 perfume like me, this article it could be interesting. This world’s first abstract fragrance is a complex blend, introduced by Coco Chanel and created by Ernest Beaux in 1921.
Classic and Timeless Chanel number 5 Eau de Parfum, the popular interpretation of the iconic original fragrance and that best known, it was created by Jaques Polges in 1986, with top notes of Aldehydes, Ylang ylang, Neroli, Bergamot and Peach, middle notes of Jasmine, Rose and Lily of the valle, and base notes of Sandalwood, Vanilla , Oakmoss, Vetiver and Patchouli. And here is where I want to make a ‘pause’ and share a tip that recently and accidentally I discovered.
One of the base notes of N° 5 is Sandalwood, in a kind of way is a common note with other perfumes, but here the secret. Searching for an ethical and beautiful gift in Søstrene Grene I found a delicious bar soap, I smell it and I love it, and immediately my favorite classic came to my brain. I ran home to compare the fragrance and surprise! Chanel N° 5 effect! Now this natural and delicious soap bar is a must have in my bath, and even I enjoy more how helps me to make my favorite perfume long lasting, similar effect if you use Chanel bath soap or shower gel but for much more less. And that is my accidentally secret that now I am sharing with you.
I’m not sure if other Sandalwood soap brands will have the same effect, this is my first try with, but if you feel curious about it, I recommend you search for a natural one and don’t hesitate to give a try Søstrene Grene
Comment bellow if you know about another great Sandalwood soap bar or if you have an accidental secret too I will be happy to read it. I hope you enjoy this entry and see you on my next one!
