For orders under €10 (3-6 business days) Shipping charge is stipulated by weight, (possible less than the shipping charge) email to dimancheatelier.nl@gmail.com or DM to @dimanche.atelier on Instagram to know your shipping cost, we will be happy to help you!
For orders €11 – €30 Standard delivery (3-6 business days) shipping charge €3.00
For orders over €30 (3-6 business days) order is free of shipping charge
International
For orders over €90, standard delivery (6-15 business days) is free of charge. Standard delivery (6-15 business days) – €15.00 Estimated standard international shipping times can be found below, please contact us for more information, dimancheatelier.nl@gmail.com
Standard shipping times
Europe: 5-12 business days
Everywhere else: 7-14 business days
The above transit times do not factor in delays caused by customs or inaccurate or incomplete address fields. So to ensure a faster transit time please provide an accurate address and contact details, to help guarantee a successful first delivery attempt.
WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email at dimancheatelier.nl@gmail.com
PRE-ORDERS
For all pre-orders, please note that the ‘dispatch by’ date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
The Netherlands customers – If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.
International customers – All of your items will be shipped together when your pre-order items are in stock.
